Update from January 24 at 4:56 p.m.: Costco’s listing is sold out at this time and has been removed from its site for the time being. We continue to keep an eye out for more restocks happening soon.
The Sony PlayStation 5 comes and goes quickly, with high demand at every restocking opportunity. If you haven’t picked one up yet, your options can be slightly enhanced by paying subscriptions at select retailers that offer special access. If you’re a Costco member, you already do, and your time has come.
You can order a Costco PlayStation 5 Console now, comes with additional accessories and a 12-month PlayStation Plus membership card. You must be a paying Costco member to place this order. A subscription starts at $60 per year and can be purchased here. Consoles are among the Costco items that are exclusively for members, while some other products can be ordered by non-members for an additional fee.
As we always suggest, it’s best to add your billing and shipping address to your account beforehand to save time. If you miss this one, make sure you have it saved for the next go-around. We continue to keep an eye out for the latest console restocks, and you can also subscribe to our Verge Deals newsletter for the latest tech and gadget deals delivered straight to your inbox every week.
