The Beats Studio Buds include some of the best features of Apple AirPods with some compelling tweaks. The $150 model includes active noise-canceling technology and lets you quickly pair to iPhones and Android phones. The icing on the cake? In fact, they sound a bit better than the AirPods Pro, according to U.S. But right now the The Beats Studio Buds are down to $120 at Amazon and best buy. That’s $30 less than the Apple Store price and about $60 less than the AirPods Pro’s current sale price. The only time we saw these cheaper was during Black Friday.
So why get the Studio Buds over the AirPods Pro? Along with sound quality and similar noise canceling offerings, including a transparency mode, the Studio Buds come in red and black so you aren’t just stuck with white AirPods. They’re also better suited to Android owners, thanks to solid Android app support and USB-C charging. The biggest thing you give up on AirPods is the lack of iCloud pairing, which is automatic syncing and switching with all your Apple devices.
